City set to greet 23 ships

Tourism promoters say Gloucester expects this year to at least double the number of cruise ship visits that have marked a good season in the past.

Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce chief Bob Hastings said Wednesday that 2011 bookings have reached 23 so far, “and we anticipate more.” [Read more...]
